We are located at the corner or North Wellwood Ave. and Straight Path in Lindenhurst, NY between Southern State Parkway and Sunrise Highway just next to CVS Pharmacy.

From points South of NY:
Take 1-95 to I 295 which becomes the NJ Tpke. Take the NJ Tpke to the exit 10 for the Outerbridge Crossing (Rte. 287 and 440). Take the Outerbridge Crossing, and follow signs to Verrazano Bridge.
Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 35 which is Wellwood Ave. Go left to take Wellwood Ave. South (you should immediately pass a firehouse on the left; if you don’t you’re heading north.) Pass firehouse and go approximately 1 and 1/10 miles to Modern Warrior on right side of street.
From Points North of NY City: Take I-95 South to New York City. Take exit for Throggs Neck Bridge. Stay right on Throggs Neck Bridge and take Cross Island Parkway south to Southern State Parkway east. Follow Directions from Southern State.
From NY City: Take Grand Central Parkway or LIE to Cross Island Parkway South. Take the Cross Island to the Southern State Parkway East.
From Eastern Long Island: Take LIE to Sagtikos Parkway South. Stay on Sagtikos to the end, where it merges with Southern State Parkway. Stay right as Sagtikos merges with Southern State. Take Southern State for about ten minutes to exit 35 (Wellwood Avenue). You will Take Exit 35 and make right off the exit ramp to head south on Wellwood Avenue. Cross over Route 109 (first major intersection) then cross tracks and pass first light. Then you will pass 7-eleven, then you will pass the second light. We are a block and a half down from the second light on the right hand side. If you hit the third light don’t worry, just pull into the parking lot on the right hand side and walk back to us.
From Laguardia Airport: Follow signs out of airport that say Grand Central Pky East and and Eastern Long Island. Take Grand Central Pky EAST to Cross Island Pky South. Take Cross Island Pky South to Southern State Pky EAST. Then follow directions as above.
From Kennedy Airport: Follow signs out of airport that say Belt Parkway East. The Belt Parkway will change into the Southern State Parkway as it crosses the Cross Island Parkway. Then follow directions for the Southern State Parkway above.
From Islip MacArthur Airport: Take Johnson Ave. out of Airport to Rte 27. also known as Sunrise Hwy. (Fourth Light?) Go West on Sunrise Hwy. Take Sunrise Hwy west 16.5 miles to Wellwood Ave., Lindenhurst. On the way, as you get closer, you will pass Rte 231, then Rte. 109, then Babylon Town Hall (on right hand side or North side of Sunrise.) Wellwood Ave. is three or four lights past Town Hall, and just past the Amoco Station and Rite-Aid Pharmacy on the right. Sign may say Wellwood Ave, North or Pinelawn Ave. Melville. Bear Right off Sunrise onto the exit ramp and right off exit. Go three lights. MW is on your left hand side, next door to CVS store.
