How to Register for weekly Modern Warrior® Bo Fung Do classes:
Step 1. Choose the class that you want to attend.
Step 2. Print out this application and fill it out.
3. You can download a copy of our student handbook or call us right now at 631-226-8383 and we'll send you a free copy. Plus, you can make an appointment to watch a class! If we're not in the office, leave a voicemail and we'll call you back.
For all other classes, call or e-mail us to sign up.
